This website is run by Seva Daya Pariwar Manavta Sewa Sansthan (SDPMSS), a non-profit organisation based in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh, India. We bring together spiritual knowledge, scientific understanding and public effort for the well-being of humanity and the Earth.

By visiting, registering on or making a payment through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

• Account registration is not always open. When it is, you must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a payment. Younger users may use the website only with a parent or guardian.
• Please give true and complete information, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that are misused or that break these terms.

• Donations are voluntary contributions to support the mission and activities of SDPMSS.
• All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Donations are currently accepted from India only.
• Donations are processed securely by our payment partner PhonePe.
• After a successful donation, you can view and download your receipt using your transaction ID.
• Tax benefits are available only if they are clearly stated on your receipt.
• SDPMSS decides how donations are used, always in line with its objectives.

• We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank account details. These are handled directly by our payment partners under their own terms and security standards.
• If money is debited but the payment fails, your bank or the payment gateway usually reverses it automatically within 5–7 working days.
• Please check the amount before confirming any payment.

SDPMSS does not sell or ship any physical goods. Donation receipts are available online right away after a successful payment. Nothing is delivered by post or courier.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

When using this website, you agree not to:

• break any law or harm any person;
• post or send false, abusive, hateful or misleading content;
• pretend to be someone else;
• try to hack, overload or disrupt the website, or access other people’s accounts or data.

The text, logo, images and design on this website belong to SDPMSS. You are welcome to share our message for non-commercial awareness, with credit to SDPMSS and a link to sdpmss.com. Any other use needs our written permission.

We use trusted services such as Google (sign-in), PhonePe (payments) and WhatsApp (contact). When you use them, their own terms and policies also apply. We are not responsible for their services or for other websites we link to.

The website and its content are provided “as is” for information and awareness. Spiritual and research content is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal or financial advice. We try to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, SDPMSS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the transaction concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gonda, Uttar Pradesh.
