Refund and Cancellation Policy

Donations are voluntary and are put to work for our mission quickly, so they are generally not refundable. We will refund a donation if:

• you were charged twice for the same donation;
• a technical error charged a wrong amount;
• money was debited but the donation was not recorded;
• the payment was made without your permission.

Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

If money was debited but the payment failed, your bank or the payment gateway (PhonePe) usually returns it automatically within 5–7 working days. If you have not received it after that, please contact us with your transaction details and we will help.

Email or WhatsApp us with:

• your full name and registered email or mobile number;
• the transaction ID or order ID;
• the date and amount of the payment;
• the reason for the request.

• We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
• We will review it and tell you our decision within 7 working days.
• Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method (bank account, card or UPI) within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
• We do not give refunds in cash.

A completed donation cannot be cancelled from the website. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible – ideally within 24 hours – and we will do our best to help.

SDPMSS does not sell or ship physical products, so there are no returns, exchanges or shipping charges. Donation receipts are available online immediately after payment.
